MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT

Eggerts Crossing Road & Bunker Hill Road,
Lawrence Township

At about 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2005, Lawrence Road Fire Co. volunteers were dispatched, along with Rescue 23 from Lawrenceville Fire Co., Rescue 21 from Slackwood Fire Co. and an ambulance from Lawrence First Aid Squad, to a two-vehicle collision with possible entrapment at the intersection of Eggerts Crossing Road and Bunker Hill Road.

Upon his arrival, Lawrence Road Chief Wayne Hannon discovered that there was no entrapment and only minor injuries to the two drivers. As a result, all units were recalled with the exception of Rescue 22, which briefly stood by on scene.
