PICNIC AND FIREWORKS

Location: Rider University, 2083 Lawrence Road, Lawrence Township, N.J.

Details: Members of Lawrence Road Fire Co. – with guests from the Lawrenceville, Slackwood and Pennington fire companies – held their annual family cookout, and later stood by for the township’s annual Independence Day fireworks display. (This year’s fireworks were originally scheduled for July 4th but were postponed because of rain.) The cookout and standby were both a success.
